Good product

There are many complaints about the handle being hard to put on. Just put a tiny amount of washing up liquid on your finger and rub it on the inside of the handle before you attach it and it will slide on in just a few seconds. Once assembled , which is extremely easy to do, the ab roller is very sturdy and represents excellent value.

Great price of kit- if you’ve never used one before, just do a couple of reps, and don’t stretch all the way forwards, or you’ll feel like you’ve been in the ring with Mike Tyson the following day.
Great core workout, cheap and compact. Only downside is that getting the foam grip on is a bit of a mission. Overall, recommended
