For orders before 4 pm Monday to Friday, subject to availability, we'll dispatch your products the same day for Express Delivery to UK addresses (including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Skye). Orders placed after 4 pm will be dispatched the next working day. Once dispatched, under normal circumstances, your orders will be with you within 3 working days. Dispatch and delivery could be delayed due to bank holidays, severe weather conditions, and other unforeseeable circumstances.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all unused Amonax products. As long as your items are unused, unbuilt and in the original packaging, you can return them for a full refund of the price paid.

OUR RETURN PROCESS

1. When you contact us to let us know you would like to return the product, please tell us why you would like to return it. Remember to include the name, email and address of the person who made the order, along with the order number. 
2. The Amonax Customer Services team will normally get back to you within 24 hours and will let you know the next steps to follow in order to return your item. 
3. Once you have heard back from us, simply follow the instructions that we provide in the email. Please wait until you’ve heard from us before you send any products back. This will help to ensure that things go as smoothly as possible.
4. Provided the item is in a new, resaleable condition with all the packaging then we may accept the return, but this would depend on the circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse returns over 14 days. Please contact us before returning any item.
5. Depending on the reasons for the return, you may have to pay the return postage fees yourself. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details.
