I've got a resisting band from my Podiatrist for trains my ankle's stability, as I have pronation on my both ankles. I just found out online I have to work out my glutes muscle as well as my ankles, so I give it ago.Those bands are quite good to give extra resistance to plus your muscle works harder . I used it for my legs, arms even try on my toes.
