these are great!

i love these! they're my favorite pair as far as color, comfort, and durability. it doesn't feel like the velcro is going to come off from the elastic when pulling off, which is a big plus, and the hook and loop closure is the softer, smoother type so you won't accidentally scratch yourself when putting them on. the silicone is nice, wipes clean easily, and doesn't feel tacky or sticky like some silicone does.

Great weights

They are extremely adjustable, and will fit most people's wrists and ankles. They are very comfortable, and the Velcro is pretty strong, making sure that it won't fall off or peel off while you're running, and the general grio on these is nice.

Perfect additions!

I'm going to be as honest as I can be - I don't work out nearly as often as I would like to. And while that is a separate problem that I need to work on I ordered these ankle weights as a little "cheat" in order to get the tiniest bit of help into my workouts. They're 2 pounds total, so is it gonna make a drastic difference ? No. Is it better than not doing anything? Yes. I like them, they are super comfortable to wear and the color is very peachy pastel like so they're also nice to look at. I am happy overall!
